The Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Transition Program
The ICF Transition Program is a way for individuals with disabilities living in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) to move to another place, like a group home or other community setting. The Program is voluntary. In order to be eligible for the program, the individual must be a current resident of an ICF, currently have a one year stay in the ICF, and be eligible for Medicaid.
UDDC CPR Resources
The Utah Developmental Disabilities Council has put together a list of CPR resources. The materials listed are not UDDC materials and while this information is helpful, additional training though a certified provider is recommended.
Ready and Able Employment Resources
This state-supported resource provides information about various pieces of getting and keeping employment. This resource is for both employers and job seekers alike.
Pre-employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) For Students With Disabilities
Pre-Employment Transition Services are offered to any student with a disability. Aids students in exploring and planning for successful future employment, through targeted training.
Utah Department of Health Children with Special Health Care Needs Programs
These programs are designed to help improve the health and quality of life for children with special health care needs, and their families, through early screening and detection, data integration, care coordination, education, intervention, and life transitions.

United Way Utah 211 Stay Safe Stay Connected Web Resource
Stay Safe, Stay Connected is a program, in collaboration with the Utah State Board of Education, dedicated to helping Utah students who have experienced the most school disconnect since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
